Queen Vic Market

From the guys behind the Rose Street Market comes this celebration of makers at the Queen Victoria Market.

The historic meets the cutting edge at CRFT*WRK this weekend. A celebration of contemporary, locally-made craft, this is the home of some of the most creative Melbourne artists and designers all under one roof. It all goes down this Saturday July 30, from 9am until 4pm.

Stay up to date with what’s happening in and around Melbourne here.

If you’re a talented craft-maker yourself, you can apply for a stall in future iterations of CRFT*WRK by heading here, it’s a great way to get your product in front of heaps of customers who love all things handmade.

A historic landmark that spans over two blocks of the CBD – ‘Queen Vic’ or ‘Vic Market’, as it is affectionately known by locals, showcases Melbourne’s diverse and vibrant small business community. They’ve got everything and anything from quality, locally grown fruit and vegetables, fresh fish and meat, specialty cheese, smallgoods, coffee and gourmet produce, to handmade and unique wares including jewellery and accessories, homewares, art, plants, books, clothing and souvenirs.

A bustling market at the heart of the city – they’re not just known for their abundance of fresh food and specialty retail. They’ve also got a vibrant and multicultural atmosphere, putting on dedicated events and festivals.
