Gamilaraay powerhouse takes her heartfelt storytelling on the road with intimate duo sets across Australia this winter.

ARIA Award-winning artist Thelma Plum is swapping the full band for an acoustic guitar and heading regional for her most personal tour yet.
The I Don’t Play That Song Anymore Tour will see the singer-songwriter deliver stripped-back, duo-format performances that put her spellbinding vocals and rich storytelling front and centre. It marks her first full national acoustic run, dusting off favourites from her celebrated catalogue while giving space for the stories behind the songs.

Fresh off the success of her 2025 ARIA-winning album I’m Sorry, Now Say It Back, Plum is embracing a raw, up-close-and-personal vibe. Fans can expect career-spanning sets that revisit tracks from her breakthrough Better In Blak era alongside new material, all delivered in intimate venues that suit her soaring voice and honest presence perfectly.

“I actually can’t believe that this is the first time I’ve done an acoustic tour,” Plum said. “When I started out playing shows it was just me and a guitar, but it’s been a long time since I’ve performed like that. It feels like the perfect time to pack up the songbook and play some intimate shows with my friend Toby and let the songs and the stories behind them breathe!”

The tour hits a huge spread of regional towns and cities, from Bendigo and Warrnambool through to Kalgoorlie, Albany, Bellingen and Tasmania. After selling out shows across the country last year, this run gives fans – especially in regional spots – the chance to experience Thelma in a completely different, mesmerising light.

With a mantel full of accolades including multiple ARIA wins, Platinum singles and a historic Hottest 100 placing, Plum continues to be one of Australia’s most vital and heartfelt voices. This acoustic tour is a rare opportunity to see her magic up close.
