The Teskey Brothers, John Butler lead Queenscliff Music Festival’s 2022 lineup

The music jewel of the Bellarine, the Queenscliff Music Festival, is back with its full lineup for 2022.

It’s time. Following two covid impacted years which saw QMF cancelled and the inauguration of a sister festival By The Pier, the Queenscliff Music Festival is well and truly heading back to the Bellarine this summer, bringing along their trademark killer mix of Aussie music talent.

Having already given a taste of what to expect with its first lineup reveal earlier this month, announcing Baker Boy, Middle Kids, RVG + Isabella Manfredi, the beloved festival has come out swinging, announcing a majestic list of iconic local artists for its second 2022 lineup.

Returning for its long-awaited 24th year this November, the Peninsula will welcome the likes of beloved Melbourne blues-rockers The Teskey Brothers, one of Australia’s premier alternative songwriters and storytellers John Butler, Oz rock royalty Vika & Linda, indie rock music supergroup Seeker Lover Keeper, Hunters & Collectors’ frontman Mark Seymour & The Undertow, as well as the nine-piece band The Bamboos, who have been bringing the funk to Australian stages for more than 20 years.

With a huge focus on homegrown talent, Fanny Lumsden, Emma Donovan & The Putbacks, Felicity Urquhart & Josh Cunningham, William Crighton, Steph Strings, Kee’ahn, The Seven Ups, Jess Ribeiro, Little Quirks, Ben Mastwyk & His Millions, Bumpy, Zoe Fox & The Rocket Clocks, Bones & Jones, Folk Bitch Trio, Banjo Lucia, Rambal, Raul Midon, The Bad Dad Orchestra, Bud Rokesky, Monique Clare, The Stetson Family and Cat & Clint will also be heading to the Bellarine at the end of the year.

As always, that’s never all from the festival, with more acts to be announced later in the year, ensuring no matter what age you are you’ll find your own musical private Idaho at Victoria’s favourite beach festival this November.

For those keen to hit up a festival with the family, QMF has also announced Bluey & Bingo at the Bluey Live Interactive Experience, plus ARIA Award-winning kids band the Teeny Tiny Stevies, just two of the acts appearing on the dedicated kid’s stage.

Attracting more than 10,000 music lovers of all ages annually, the beloved event will see the intimate spaces of Queenscliff’s iconic streetscape transformed by live music while the crème de la crème of Australian music will be pumping out their golden sounds across three main festival stages.

QMF has long been the ideal weekend getaway for music lovers of all tastes and walks of life being just 90 minutes from Melbourne with festival goers treated to the best the Australian live music scene has to offer while sampling the delights of local and Bellarine craft produce.
