The Rochestor Hotel has joined forces with Vinyl Me, Please to bring you The Spins. The Spins is a monthly listening party where the entirety of Vinyl Me, Please’s record of the month will be played. The listening parties are on every 3rd Wednesday of each month.
The first night of The Spins is on Wednesday September 20 at the Rochestor Hotel starting at 6pm.
Vinyl Me, Please believes is albums as art forms. They are a record of the month club where music is a form of connection. An album isn’t something you just own, it becomes a part of you.
This month’s record is The Notorious B.I.G.’s Ready to Die remastered for vinyl on a double white, black and red splattered vinyl. Lucky attendees will recieve a copy of the record of the month from Melbourne Record Club.
After the listening party, you are welcome to bring your own vinyl. You can sign up to spin your own vinyl as well as a selection of previous Vinyl Me, Please releases. Sign up starts at 6pm and by signing up you get a free pint from Gage Roads Brewing Co.
