The Resilience Project’s founder and best-selling author Hugh van Cuylenburg announces his final talk of the year will be filmed for a major streaming platform.
Following a huge run of shows across Australia and New Zealand in 2022, Cuylenburg will do his last talk at Melbourne’s iconic Athenaeum Theatre on Wednesday, November 9. Teaching people how to be more resilient and happy every day, the afternoon and evening talks will be filmed for a streaming special and will be available to watch in 2023.
The Resilience Project’s previously sold-out public talks give everyone a chance to learn positive mental health strategies which help us become happier and more resilient. Through engaging storytelling and by unpacking the research into simple tips, Hugh leaves the audience feeling empowered to improve their wellbeing.
