The NGO International Film Festival is a one-of-a-kind festival that brings together storytellers, civil society practitioners, educators and government representatives to discuss and share solutions for global challenges; aiming to showcase and disseminate human-interest stories themed around the Sustainable Development Goals.
The NGO International Film Festival’s events run throughout the day and evening 14-18 October, across a range of venues in Melbourne CBD and Docklands. This important global event, sponsored by the City of Melbourne and supported by many venues, organisations and Universities, this year focusses on three key themes: Immigration // Indigenous Knowledge // Ecological Protection.
The NGO IFF features a detailed program that extends far beyond screenings of the films themselves – around 20 high profile international delegates are attending to participate in workshops, roundtables and networking events. Most sessions are free. Register via website: thengoiff.com
