Headlining this year’s event is the legendary Jamie xx, making his Meredith debut. His much-anticipated set is expected to be a euphoric, moonlit rave that captures the essence of his celebrated dancefloor anthems.
With a legacy rooted in both indie and mainstream music, Jamie xx’s appearance is a major coup for the festival. His past collaborations with artists like Drake, Radiohead, and Rihanna have only cemented his place as a defining figure in contemporary music.
Joining Jamie xx is Waxahatchee, the project of Katie Crutchfield. Known for her emotionally raw and introspective indie punk, Waxahatchee will bring her deeply personal and powerful music to the stage. Crutchfield’s ability to translate her inner turmoil into captivating songs has earned her a devoted following, and her Supernatural debut promises to be a poignant highlight.
The lineup also features Genesis Owusu, whose genre-blending debut album, Smiling With No Teeth, earned him widespread acclaim. His high-energy performances and innovative sound make him a thrilling addition to The Sup’s roster, and his return is eagerly anticipated by fans.
Other notable acts include The Dare, the king of the indie sleaze comeback, ZAPP, the electrifying Ohio funk group, and Angie McMahon, whose soulful and heartfelt songwriting continues to resonate with audiences. McMahon’s ability to weave small, personal observations into expansive musical experiences will be a highlight of the festival.
As always, The Sup promises an unparalleled experience, combining breathtaking performances with its unique, nature-infused setting. With such a stellar lineup, this year’s Meredith Supernatural Amphitheatre event is set to be another spectacular celebration of music and community.
