Born and raised in New Zealand, Aneta Graham infuses her smooth jazz vocals with joy, bringing jazz classics to life and sharing the love, history, and emotion of jazz music with audiences all across Melbourne and Victoria. Aneta’s music is inspired by jazz greats Dinah Washington, Diana Krall, and the iconic George Benson. Aneta has honed her craft performing with the ‘Aneta Graham Band’, Latin Funk Ensemble ‘Mango Juice’, as a guest singer with jazz pianist Ted Woollan, and the honeyed harmonies of ‘Queens of the West’.
A regular performer at venues throughout Melbourne and Victoria, Aneta is sure to delight audiences with her velveteen chorus’ and her infectious passion for music.
Led by titular bassist James Lockwood, the JL Trio reflects Lockwood’s deep love for the music of Bud Powell and Charlie Parker.
