The Hard-Ons announce new Australian tour with Tim Rogers

Following two singles and music videos for ‘Lite As A Feather’ and ‘Hold Tight’, the Hard-Ons and Tim Rogers will tour the country, playing four shows across inner and outer Melbourne, as well as gigs in Adelaide and up the east coast.

The tour will be in anticipation of their upcoming album I’m Sorry Sir, That Riff’s Been Taken –  their first with You Am I’s Rogers – as the Australian punk legends embark on a new era.

The Hard-Ons came out of the multicultural South-West Sydney suburb Punchbowl and scored a never-bettered 17 consecutive number one hits on the Australian independent charts.

The band undertook their 19th European tour in 2018, including a set at Hellfest alongside Judas Priest, Iron Maiden and Joan Jett. Soon to celebrate 40 years together, their new album with Rogers will be their 13th.

Directed by Descent Into the Maelstrom: The Radio Birdman Story director Jonathan Sequeira, the video for ‘Lite As A Feather’ is for fans of ’70s bubblegum cards, among other things.

It’s the second single from the band’s forthcoming album I’m Sorry Sir, That Riff’s Been Taken, which is their first album with Rogers, after their debut single ‘Hold Tight’.
