Get ready to book your annual leave. Following a successful two rounds, the third and last round of the $200 travel vouchers to encourage Victorians to holiday within their state this year commences today, with explorers able to register from 10am, Tuesday March 30.

Last year in November, Premier Daniel Andrews announced that the state government will offer 120,000 vouchers to Victorians worth $200 to spend in regional Victoria to help families get out to regional Victoria for the summer, providing the added incentive for Victorians to support regional communities hard hit by bushfires, pandemic and other challenges this year.
The first of two rounds of vouchers were snapped up extremely quick, and the third round is looking to be no different.
This final round of vouchers will become available on Tuesday March 30 for travel between April 6 and May 31 – spreading the benefits for regional communities well into the year. Any vouchers not used in the first two rounds will be added to this third round.
The voucher scheme is open to Victorian residents aged 18 or over when they spend a minimum $400 on accommodation, experiences or tours undertaken in regional Victoria, including the Yarra and Dandenong Ranges, the Mornington Peninsula and the Victorian alpine ski resorts.
Vouchers will be limited to one per household and travellers will be required to spend at least two nights in paid accommodation in regional Victoria to receive a reimbursement of $200 on presentation of receipts.
The program works on a ‘first-come-first-served’ basis and each round will close once all places have been filled for that particular round – and so far, it’s been in about 15 minutes.
Victorians can register through the Service Victoria website and if successful, be provided with a link to redeem the voucher after their travel is completed.
