Indulge in their menu crafted by Serradan Sharp, that’s full of modern pub classics and snacks and shares to nibble. It’s a menu jam-packed with accessibly priced pub staples as well as a slew of gourmet options, including fried calamari with smoked yoghurt, whole roast chicken served with sweet corn and sweet corn puree and cured kingfish with tangy citrus.

There’s a bustling drinks menu as well – full of mostly Australian wines, they’ve also got some super fun cocktails, including their Hey Apple, with apple liqueur, gin and lemon and their Charlie Chaplin, which is complete with sloe gin, apricot brandy and fresh lime.

With custom made carpets and hand blown glass from Kensington-based Mark Douglass Design, the interior is a sight to behold. Complete with two private rooms that are perfect for a private party or corporate function, live DJs, secret doors and a tropical themed bar, The Gertrude Hotel is the perfect place to drink, dine and dance the night away.
