One quick pic could win you $3500 – if you’ve got the right eye. This week, Bradmill Yarraville and Frasers Property Australia are hosting a photography competition that celebrates the unique charms and quirks of Melbourne’s Inner West.
On until April 23, the competition will be awarding a $3500 Visa gift card to the winner, $1000 to the runner up and $500 to third place. The finalists will have their work showcased at an outdoor exhibition at Grazeland in Spotswood, where it can be enjoyed by the wider public.

To enter, simply grab a tram to one of the inner western areas such as Maribyrnong, Brimbank, Yarraville, Footscray or Hobson’s Bay.
Take out your camera (or your iPhone), point it at something that you feel is emblematic of the location and keep on snapping until you’ve got something that you feel fits the bill. Each entrant is invited to submit up to 10 photos in a digital folder.
The judges will be looking for photos that best capture the spirit of the Inner West. Made up of judges from a wide variety of backgrounds, the panel consists of Bradmill marketing manager Kelly Summers, chef Julian Mills, photographer Shayne Nagle, property professional Theo Della Bosca and design director Milan Maticevski.
