Sydney 5-piece Dead Witch are coming to Melbourne in June – and are also excited to share their debut single ‘15 Dennies’ - out Friday, May 27th.

Made up of five friends, including Zoe Catterall (The Buoys), and Jaimee Taylor-Nielsen (Hedy Lamarr), Dead Witch formed in 2020, and have been casting their unique spell of sparkling psychedelia and 60s garage revival on Sydney stages, ever since. They’re coming to Melbourne, bringing their unique charm and charisma to their performance at Lulie Tavern on Friday June 17.

Recorded at Stranded Studios, the band’s debut track takes fans on a journey of a big night out in the perfect pair of lucky black stockings (15 deniers, FYI). Mixed by Bowen Shakalis (Caitlin Harnett & the Pony Boys, Shining Bird) and mastered by Nick Franklin (Polish Club, Straight Arrows), ’15 Dennies’ is a straight up and down slice of rock & roll, melding a heady brew of fuzzy guitar and thumping drums.
