As part of the 2024 Sonic Poetry festival, ‘Electro Poetic’ is poetry and spoken word merging with electronic music. All in the name really. A vibrant mix of writers and performers working with beats, loops, samples and soundtracks. Some are creating their own sounds, some may have had the music created for them. Yes, finally a poetry gig you can shake that ass at.
