The global pop rock superstars are locked in for an Aussie date this November.
The rumours are true: this year, Coldplay will be touching down on our shores for the first time in seven years.
Following a teaser Tweet sent out by Live Nation featuring Perth’s Optus stadium with the hashtag #MOTSWT (for the Music of the Spheres World Tour), the global entertainment company has confirmed the Western Australian show on November 18 2023.

Australian fans of the band are going crazy in the replies, speculating on whether this means Coldplay will be going on tour throughout the country or if it’s only a one-off date. Some are even preparing to fly interstate if it’s the only chance they’ll have to see the mega-popular band.
