To ensure the success of one of our key Education programs, ArtsConnect9, we need an experienced schools program officer to provide coordination and support to the program. In this hands-on and dynamic role, you will be the central point of contact, providing assistance to teachers and stakeholder’s enquiries, end-to-end booking coordination, travel arrangements and invoicing. You will also contribute to program related reports, evaluations and other key documentation.
Your ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks, customer service focus, communication skills and experience providing high-level project support will see you thrive in this new role! Your experience developing and maintaining effective administrative processes and systems will help you make this role your own!
