Melbourne museum’s Nocturnal has partnered up with record label Our Golden Friend to bring music lovers a big night of bands next Friday, and a gold themed exhibit to match.
Local band RVG will revisit the Nocturnal stage after playing at last year’s event. They will be followed by the folk sounds of Jess Ribeiro, indie-band Jade Imagine, and four-piece Totally Mild, playing tracks fresh from their album Her.
Revellers will also be able to check out the accompanying exhibit, with experts showcasing sparkly wonders from the natural world. These include shimmery marine invertebrates, golden geodes and shiny insects.
Other exhibits including Vikings: Beyond the Legend and Top Designs 2018 will also be open until midnight.
