Due to overwhelming demand, global pop sensation Robbie Williams is adding a second show at Rod Laver Arena on May 1.
Having sold out his Melbourne show on April 30, Robbie Williams is adding another show at Rod Laver Arena on May 1 2022. The singer is in Australia filming his biopic Better Man, with select performances from An Evening with Robbie Williams being filmed for inclusion in the film.
The show includes an hour long set of Robbie’s greatest hits, plus an onstage exclusive interview with Richard Wilkins about the filmmaking process. An Evening with Robbie Williams invites audiences to be a part of the show with a recreation of Robbie’s iconic 1998 BRIT Awards performance.

This special evening will see Rod Laver Arena dressed as the inaugural awards ceremony set from 1998, with fans encouraged to wear their best 90s concert wear. Also present on the evening, a guest spokesman from the film company will offer an insight to audiences on how the filming process will translate into the film that will be Better Man.

Directed and co-written by Victorian filmmaker Michael Gracey, Better Man is set to be one of the largest movies ever filmed in the state. The biopic will provide fans with an introspective look into the life and times of the British pop star and the experiences that have shaped him as a person and performer, both on and off the stage.
Williams has 14 number one singles as a solo artist and over 80 million albums sold. Presale for An Evening with Robbie Williams for Frontier Members starts at 1pm Monday April 11, and tickets for the general public go on sale 2pm April 12.
