There’s a brand new music label in town, and this event will give it the welcome it deserves. Opti Recs aims to carve out a space for non-traditional club sounds – no rules, no genres, just music. The label favours tracks that build and release tension in the same way that energy ebbs and flows on the dance floor.
The event will kick off with Revolver Fridays DJs in the cage, including Dan Beck, Michaél B2B Hans, Mike Callander and Kiti, before Optimal takes over on the stage after midnight, bringing DJ Wise, Love, Jess, Seb Jay (In The Pit Records), Tommy Sharp and Sharanya.

This one’s for those missing the good old days of radio rock. Four of our favourite cover bands have joined forces to rip some songs from the nineties and noughties.
Foovana combines the grungy energy of both the Foo Fighters and Nirvana, System of a Don’t deliver nu-metal gems, Green Daze offer power chord punk and Killing in the Dame, Melbourne OG female-fronted Rage Against the Machine tribute, deliver politically-charged rap rock. A true blast from the past – you won’t want to miss this one.
