The Scots are following up the Englishmen just the week after for what will be an epic party for the ages. Enter: LF System. This duo knows how to spin a track, having had Revolver Upstairs in a stronghold with their anthem Afraid to Feel? from 2022. Absolute asters of infusing pumping sounds of house with a dash of disco, LF System have toured the world and sold-out shows to prove it. They’ve played everywhere from Glastonbury to Tomorrowland. Soon, the next stop for the beloved house outfit is the cage upstairs.

Revs is getting a rock takeover. Hard rock local outfit Her is back in town for two shows only this January, taking things upstairs and to the utter maximum. They’ll be joined in support by Naarm favourites alt-rock pop band TITRATION and Nashville-via-Melbourne soloist Alejandro Adams. Her’s latest release – an EP called Toe Tag – has seen the band level up in their sound and direction, finessing their songwriting and exploring a heavier sonic universe. Let a little loose and move a whole bunch at what is shaping up to be a party of rockers at Revolver Upstairs.

Another Scot is coming to town this January. The long-awaited return to Aussie shores of the music maker and shaker that is Hannah Laing is finally over. Hannah’s sets cascade from high-energy techno to hard house and trance, with hypnotic beats all throughout. She’s known for serving up the kind of delectable DJ dishes you wouldn’t want to miss out on. Go on a trip with Hannah upstairs this January and let this master of dancefloor atmospheres guide you the way. This is Hannah Laing’s only Melbourne show, so don’t sleep on it.

Dubbed one of Australia’s most talked about breakthrough acts, if there’s any gig to be at for this last weekend in January, it’s Future Static. These legends will be hitting up Revs to celebrate the launch of their debut album, Liminality. Punters can expect a melting pot of metalcore, progressive metal, alternative rock and pop sensibilities from the new release. Future Static are just back from their maidan voyage of international touring. They’ll be bringing their infectious sound back Down Under for what will be a sensational show at Revolver.
