Club Sweat brings their sweaty road show to Revolver for a deep dive into the wonkier, darker corners of club music. The Sweat It Out subsidiary has been quietly carving out its own lane, and Thursday night is their moment to let it breathe — with Bella Backe, Ben Miller, Kelly Tee, Sarah Armstrong, and Yolanda Be Cool holding it down, plus a few unannounced guests to keep you on your toes. Hans DC kicks things off with a dinner set before the room fills up and the walls start sweating. Doors at 10pm.

Refuge Recordings is bringing over the UK’s own Tiptoes for a masterclass in underground house music. Coming in hot after the success of his Fire EP, he’ll be backed by Oscar de Lima, Mara and Charles Eddy in a night that promises the kind of chunky, high-energy grooves that make Revs the ultimate Friday destination.

Forty years on, hardcore is still tearing dancefloors apart, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Join us for a vinyl-only journey through the genre’s past and present, from classic rave stompers to the freshest cuts, all locked in at a relentless 150bpm. Pace yourself,  hardcore never dies, but your legs might.

Step onto the dancefloor for something you won’t find anywhere else; a fully live techno set from one of Australia’s true originals. David Haberfeld builds everything in real time; drum machines, synths and modular gear colliding into raw, unrepeatable acid and techno that’s been shaking floors since the 90s. No tracks, no safety nets; just instinct, intensity and huge punk spirit.

ONE SIXTH – MATUTARA album launch

Inner Tribe Records, Burn Clothing & Union Heights bring One Sixth’s Matutara album launch to Upstairs, fresh off 3RRR album of the week. Expect a live band set from One Sixth alongside Thndо, Bloomy Meadows & Inkswel, Zoodaka, Willy Dynamo and more on the decks.

This unusual event transforms the front bar into a cozy reader’s den for a few hours of silent immersion before the DJs take over, all while raising much-needed funds for the Indigenous Literacy Foundation. Featuring a Welcome to Country, Indigenous DJs and storytellers, creative workshops, raffles and prizes and plenty of reading, it’s the perfect way to wind down after a busy month.
