While it was stated that “it is likely that after renovations live music will continue’’ following the announcement of Pony’s closure, in March this year it was reported that the venue would be opening again under the facetious name Boney.
Located at 68 Little Collins St, Boney is the brainchild from the the team behind Cookie, The Toff In Town and Revolver Upstairs. Featuring live music seven nights a week (not to mention 7am weekend openings), Boney also has a brand new kitchen serving up lunch and dinner with a menu designed by chef Karen Batson (Cookie, Choo Choo’s, Colonel Tan’s).
