Rapper Larry June announces Australian tour dates

Larry June

The artist will be making a few stops in the country as part of his Larry's Market Run Tour.

Following the release of his acclaimed 2022 album Spaceships on the Blade, Larry June has booked a massive world tour that’ll bring him all the way across the United States, throughout Europe and to our very shores at the end of the year.

The rapper, who grew up between Altanta and San Francisco, is best known for his cruisy, infectious flow and health-concious hustler mindset. He’ll be starting his Australian run at Melbourne’s 170 Russell on November 23.

After starting out on Myspace, June quickly gained noteriety on hip-hop publications and toured through Amercia with contemporaries including Post Malone and Smokepurp.

Following an early-career split with his record label, he started self-releasing music through DistroKid and building a repuation for himself as a prolific and professional independent artist. During COVID-19 lockdowns in 2020, he dropped a whopping four albums in one year.

His 2021 release, Orange Print, propelled him to an even higher level of success, snagging Billboard’s number one spot on the Next Big Sound chart (fun fact: June has plans to release his own line of the citrus fruits in the future). With Spaceships on the Blade, he solidified himself as one of rap’s most charmatic players.

On tour in November, he’ll be bringing producer DVME as his special guest to get the party started.

Tickets to see Larry June on tour in November will go on sale on May 10 at 11am AEST. To get your hands on yours, head here
