ACMI’s Public Programs team has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to facilitate bookings into our screen events and education programs.  This role engages will all elements of the bookng process, from customer interface to event logistics and financial administration.

Ideally you will have previous experience in bookings administration in a similar organisation coupled with the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.  Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are critical to your success to this role. Experience in Epicore, Event Business Management Systems (EBMS) and Tessitura would be highly advantageous.
