What’s your music like?
Someone described us once as sounding a bit like Nirvana crossed with Gang Of Four, which we think is fairly apt.
Do you think you’re good at it?
We’re not known for arrogance, but we do what we do fairly decently.We’ll let other people make their minds up.
If you weren’t doing that, what would you be doing?
Workin’ for The Man. That, and postgraduate study.
What makes you happiest about what you’re doing?
It’s just a great excuse to do something you really enjoy with your best mates.
What’s you proudest moment of doing what you do?
Probably when we managed to get a distro deal for our debut EP. We also decided to head over to Europe to travel a bit and play a few shows earlier this year, which was great.
And your least proud?
Brussels: A certain band member accosted a man who was trying to show us where we were on a map, by busting out a cockney accent and yelling, “I’m FOOKIN’ English!” A good Samaritan approached us, suggesting the homeless man was just trying to help…
When are you doing your thing next?
The video launch is happening at Yah Yahs on Friday August 5, with 8 Bit Love, Drunk Mums and The Eyeball Kicks.
