Pitch Music & Arts will mark its 10th edition at the foothills of Gariwerd across 5-9 March 2027.
The 10th edition runs 5-9 March 2027, back at the foothills of Gariwerd on Djab Wurrung and Eastern Maar Country. Pitch Music & Arts has opened its 2027 campaign with a film built around a time capsule.
Archival footage from previous years runs through the clip, soundtracked by Sam Girling’s Look What U Done. A teaser landed a week earlier, pulling the capsule up from under the soil to Yanamaste’s Evil. Full programme details come later.

Three stages carry the music again. Pitch One keeps the brutalist design language it has run across the festival’s history, while the Resident Advisor Stage shifts shape once more for 2027, fitted with Funktion-One sound.
Pitch Black returns with the dual-level build that borrows from Berlin’s underground clubs and old amphitheatres. Away from the dancefloors, the Rock Pool is back after debuting in 2026 as a spot to cool off.
Slower moments get their own address in the Pitch Pavilion, which runs ambient DJ sets, wellbeing workshops and talks. Anna Nalpantidis stays on as arts curator for a second year, following a 2026 programme that included Chocolate Goblin.
Entry comes in two, three and four-day passes, with general camping included on every festival entry ticket. Premium Camp, Pre-Pitched and glamping sit above that for anyone who wants a softer landing in the paddock.
Pitch transport options will again link Melbourne and Ararat with the site, and vehicle pass packages return to push people towards carpooling. Afterpay, Zip Pay and Laybuy are available from presale onwards.
Anyone who signed up off the back of the ninth edition, plus alumni registered for the 10th, sits inside the Pitch Collective and gets first crack at tickets before the official presale opens.
Untitled Group produces the festival alongside Beyond The Valley, Wildlands and Ability Fest. The site itself sits at 1330 Moyston Dunkeld Road in Mafeking, roughly three hours west of Melbourne.
