Phil Campbell & The Bastard Sons bring Motörhead classics to Australia

Words by staff writer

Phil Campbell & The Bastard Sons announce their first Australian tour with five shows across September 2025.

Former Motörhead guitarist Phil Campbell returns with his family band featuring his three sons Todd, Tyla and Dane alongside vocalist Joel Peters. After 32 years tearing up stages worldwide as part of perhaps rock’s most iconic band, Phil Campbell & The Bastard Sons continue the legacy through blistering performances that have won them fans across European festivals and stadiums.

Australian audiences can expect massive sets of Motörhead classics alongside select tracks from the band’s own material, which earned them a Metal Hammer Golden Gods Award for best debut album. Their recent performances supporting Guns n’ Roses at European stadiums plus appearances at Wacken, Hellfest and Graspop demonstrate their ability to handle both intimate venues and massive crowds.
