Paul Kelly to perform for episode two of new live music show, ‘The Sound’

Along with the likes of The Teskey Brothers, James Reyne, Cub Sport and more.

The Sound made a triumphant debut on Sunday night, welcoming the likes of Nick Cave, Mark Seymour and the Undertow, Kate Ceberano, Steve Kilbey, Sean Sennett, Eskimo Joe, DMA’s, BENEE and Lime Cordiale onto the show to perform.

For their second instalment, they’re bringing Russell Crowe on board as a co-host with performances coming from Paul Kelly alongside Paul Grabowsky, The Teskey Brothers, James Reyne, San Cisco, Julia Stone, Cub Sport, Eves Karydas and more.

It comes as the second of six instalments of the TV show which is hosted by revered music personality Jane Gazzo alongside Zan Rowe. The Sound sees live performances complimented by interviews and collaborations with two-thirds of the show showcasing new material from the artists.

Alongside performances from some of the biggest names in music, The Sound will also spotlight a rising star as part of its Introducing segment. For this week, Sycco will be on the show – an artist who’s rapidly on the rise having just taken out an Unearthed Level Up Grants courtesy of triple j.
