We are looking for someone with proven experience in a similar role who is ready to get to work with our team.
You will be responsible all project administration including project element scheduling, administrative liaison with project stakeholders, media and content proofing and loading, executive support to the project manager, support for external training and support workshops and internal administrative liaison.
You will have a strong record of administrative services delivery, ideally for online projects, including:
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in coordinating administrative services for a small busy team
• A close attention to detail
• Demonstrated skills in multi-tasking and prioritising competing demands.
