Neuroscience whiz and podcast queen Alexis Fernandez announces debut Australian tour

Alexis Fernandez is set to make waves across Australia with her debut national tour Lost, But Make It Look Intentional! kicking off this May.

The Do You F*cking Mind? host will bring her signature blend of neuroplasticity insights and no-bullshit life advice to five cities, starting at Gold Coast’s HOTA on May 2 before hitting Brisbane’s Tivoli on May 4.

After schooling Queensland on the science of getting their shit together, Fernandez heads south to Adelaide’s Norwood Concert Hall on May 16, followed by Perth’s art deco gem The Astor on May 21. The tour wraps at Melbourne’s Capitol Theatre on May 24.

Fresh off her second bestseller Be Bold and riding high on her Hit Network segments with Lucy & Nikki, Fernandez has carved out a unique niche combining her Masters in neuroscience with her background as a certified trainer and Pilates instructor.

The self-development guru, whose “Design Your 2.0 Life” course has helped thousands rewire their grey matter for success, says the brain can be altered through changing behaviours, habits and thought patterns.

Unlike your typical wellness influencer spruiking green smoothies and positive vibes, Fernandez’s approach is grounded in hard science, exploring how physical exercise impacts brain chemistry and neuroplasticity.

Her podcast has blown up by breaking down complex neuroscience into digestible chunks, helping listeners understand why they’re stuck in toxic patterns and how to actually change them – not just slap a mindfulness Band-Aid on them.

The tour promises to deliver Fernandez’s trademark mix of scientific insight and practical life hacks, likely with the same colourful language that’s made her podcast a hit with straight-talking Aussies.
