Founded in 2016, Mile End is Australia’s first wood fired bagelry. Inspired by the bagel shops of Montreal and NYC, they’re committed to creating fresh bagels and tasty made-to-order sandwiches. Named after the suburb, Mile End in Montreal is the location of St. Viateur and Fairmount, the two original and famous wood-fired bagel shops. Mile End Bagels have locations in Fitzroy and Brunswick – they’re opening up a new store in Richmond soon. They craft their bagels on site in a wood fired oven using a Montreal bagel recipe, a technique that was the first of its kind in Australia.
Visit Mile End Bagels at 1 Wilkinson Street, Brunswick – this offer is available instore only. They’re open daily from 9am until 2:30pm. Find out more about Mile End Bagels by heading here.
