Celebrate small Victorian producers, nature and music with their set menu, that’s gluten free and mostly vegan. Indulge in an entrée of steamed native oysters, coconut vinegar, burnt leek with wood fired potato flatbread, curry sauce. For mains, choose between BBQ mushrooms or wild venison ribs, with sticky tamarind & lemongrass. With greens and beans on the side, as well as a toasted coconut sambal, fermented green papaya salad and pandan rice. The whole experience is paired with wines handpicked by Big Farmer himself along with some select tins from Bodriggy.
