DAYTIME: If you’re not going to be tucking into an Easter Sunday lunch, get down to the festival for some comedy. Amongst the early treats:

Ali McGregor’s early show, CabHOORAY! 11am at the Spiegeltent at the Arts Centre.
Acclaimed British comic Daniel Kitson brings you Polyphony. Noon at the Northcote Town Hall.
The Exford Hotel hosts two afternoon shows. Ashes: The Comedy Showdown at 1.30pm. The Best of British 3.30pm.
Michael Chamberlin lets you know his Thoughts. 4pm, Imperial Hotel.
Also at 4pm, variety show Love Bites takes place at the Downstairs Lounge at the Grand Mercure Hotel, and Patriarchy – Where Would We Be Without You? at The Owl and the Pussycat in Richmond.
Two shows at La Mama in the afternoon. Dancing With Dinosaurs in the Theatre, and The Broccoli Brothers in the Courthouse. Both of these at 4pm.
Celia Pacquola’s show Let Me Know How It All Works Out happens 4.30pm at the Victoria Hotel.
Terry North’s Who’s Your Daddy?: The Funny Side of Parenthood has an extra edition. 4.30pm at the Elephant and Wheelbarrow.
Rod Quantock & Fiona Scott-Norman reveal Drivetime with Two Leggy Redheads. 4.30pm at the Famous Spiegeltent. Over at The Hi-Fi, an afternoon edition of Puddles Pity Party. Also at 4.30pm.
Damian Callinan reads from The Lost WWI Diary, 4.45pm at the Town Hall.
It’s a Battle of The Superheroes: The Great Superhero Debate, 5pm at the Joint. Over at Spiegelworld, an early edition of Absinthe takes place at 5 as well.
Finally, Bryony Kimmings & Tim Grayburn acclaimed Fake It ’til you Make It has its final edition, 5pm at Theatre Works.

PODCASTS: Three podcasts tape today:

Steele Saunders Star Wars themed This Isn’t The Podcast You’re Looking For, 2.30pm at Fort Delta.
Live room turned podcast The Shelf turns in a live podcast (confused yet). 3pm today at the Imperial Hotel.

Along with DJ Dr Prancy they will be joined by Dolly DiamondPenny GreenhalghSexy GalexyJessica ArpinBarnie Duncan, and The Narelles. After the comedy, stay up late with music from DJ Andrew McClelland. Doors open at the earlier time of 10.15pm.
