Melbourne’s new hard techno haven Stamina lines up heavyweights for its second week

Words by staff writer

Stamina returns this Saturday with Baxter leading a lineup designed to push Melbourne's BPM limits even further.

The Banana Alley venue, which opened just last week, has already established itself as Melbourne’s dedicated hub for hard techno, hard bounce and the faster edges of electronic music.

Baxter takes centre stage in the main room, bringing her signature hyper-speed approach that has carved out a unique lane in the hard techno scene.

The rest of the lineup spans the harder spectrum with Aqua-X delivering her blend of 90s rave, hard dance and old-school hardstyle elements. MJU brings refined production to the harder end of dance music, while Four To Eight continues building momentum with his trance-forward take on techno.

The venue’s three distinct rooms and century-old brick architecture provide the backdrop for festival-level production, including over three kilometres of neon lighting and sound systems engineered for maximum impact.
