Meet LittleBitts, the female comedy duo bringing hilarious sketches and fun to Melbourne

Words by Eva Marchingo

They’ll be performing at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival until Wednesday March 31.

Filling the gap of female comedy duos is Lucy Czerwinski and Katie Pierce. Friends since kindergarten, the two have joined forces to create LittleBitts.

LittleBitts is a uniquely-feminine act providing absurdist humour in a lively and unpredictable way. Named after their style, the duo puts together small bits and pieces of sketches to create their performance.

The pair are from Brisbane and have toured to both Melbourne and Adelaide with their show, as well as performing a range of events in Brisbane, including the Anywhere Festival and Dionysus.

But it’s the Melbourne International Comedy Festival that’s been at the top of their bucket list, and as they make their way from Adelaide Fringe Festival for MICF 2021, their uproarious show, The Trap Remix, is sure to turn heads across the comedy scene.

They’ll bring The Trap Remix to Loop Project Space & Bar, with six dates throughout the Melbourne International Comedy Festival. You can catch their 45-minute show each night from now until to Saturday March 27, and then again on Tuesday March 30 and Wednesday March 31.

Expect vibrant outfits and loud, raucous fun, and stitch-inducing sketches to keep you howling for days.

If you’re interested in seeing a little more of LittleBits, head on over to their Facebook page. They regularly post ‘LittleBitts & Pieces’ and ‘That’s the Piss’ episodes, which see them singing, wearing incredible costumes and makeup, and being an excellent source of laughter.
