Love Actually in Concert is heading to four cities in December, with a full symphony playing the film's music as it screens.
Love Actually in Concert is bringing Richard Curtis’ festive rom‑com to the big screen with a live orchestra in December.
The touring production stops in Perth, Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney, screening the complete film while a full symphony performs its soundtrack in real time. In Melbourne, Love Actually in Concert takes over the Plenary at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre on 11 December.
Audiences will hear Craig Armstrong’s score played live, along with the film’s biggest musical moments, from Mariah Carey’s All I Want for Christmas Is You to Love Is All Around.

Released in 2003, Love Actually threads together 10 interlocking stories of love set around Christmas, following a sprawling cast whose lives quietly overlap as the plot moves along.
The ensemble takes in Liam Neeson, Colin Firth, Laura Linney, Bill Nighy, Martine McCutcheon, Alan Rickman, Emma Thompson, Keira Knightley, Rowan Atkinson and Martin Freeman, among others.
Behind the music sits Craig Armstrong, the Golden Globe, BAFTA and Emmy‑winning composer whose other credits run from Moulin Rouge! to Me Before You and Elizabeth: The Golden Age.
