ISEULA

Bar 303

The latest single (v soon to be released) by Melbourne/Naarm artist ISEULA titled ‘Why’ sounds like vintage soul. Think Marvin Gaye, Leon Bridges.

Having been in the music industry for over 10 years in various bands, touring nationally and collecting an array of awards and radio play, singer/songwriter ISEULA has begun releasing her original music supported and co-written by an incredible band featuring Stella Anning (Guitar/backing vocals), Ollie Rolfe/Charlie Rolfe (Keys, Sythn) Alex Yeop (Bass) and David Ulucay (Drums) with festivals and shows booked throughout the year.

ISEULA are also known for their ‘NOLA Special’ a New Orleans show which includes a repertoire of songs by New Orleans artists such as Jon Cleary, Walter Wolfman Washington and The Meters.

LHĒON-Swedish born, Melbourne based singer & songwriter Lhēon is a soul-inspired, forward-thinking Artist. Conjuring sounds-of-the past into a delicate exploration of the future.

Lhēon firmly establishes her musical territory with a voice the belies her age. Often compared to Adele, Lhēon’s voice is key to her disarming expressive ability.

Her songs are brutally honest – disclosing everything from family heartbreak, relationship struggles through to yearning of the most taboo type; Lhēon’s performance welcomes all-comers to bear witness – a voice to unite even the most unlikely of allies.
The ‘Why’ single launch scheduled for Bar 303 on Thursday 13th June will be a showcase of original music and a hint of Nola, expect a good night with good company. If you dig Soul, Blues, Alternative RnB then you know where to go, it will be a wholesome warm fuzzy vibe with friends.

Support by LHĒON + special guests including Charlie Rolfe on keys, Andrew Houston on sax and the lovely vocal styles of Hayley Stone!
