The event goes beyond simply displaying artwork, with visitors able to experience Artists In Conversation featuring beloved artists from The Cotton Mills including Andrea Huelin, Godwin Bradbeer and Robert Earp. An interactive room built by the team behind Decently Exposed will offer hands-on experiences, alongside workshops and children-friendly activities throughout the weekend.
Food and beverage offerings will enhance the cultural experience, with the beloved Candied Bakery delivering a special pop-up bakery and drinks provided by The Fifth Wine Bar. This combination creates an atmosphere that founder and director Julia Bevis describes as having the vibe, the joy and the real art that makes the fair special.
The zero-commission policy remains central to the Inner West Art Fair’s philosophy, ensuring that community support flows directly to the artists. This approach reflects the fair’s commitment to accessibility, inclusivity and direct artist support, creating a welcoming space for all art lovers to connect with creators and their work.
