Lamington Drive is excited to present its eagerly anticipated new show on Thursday March 10 from 6pm-9pm. The show is Aurora and will features a single, epic-scale charcoal illustration Matt Huynh.
It runs until April 2. Aurora is the third work in a series by Matt Huynh, begun in 2010 to coincide with the changing of the seasons. Appropriately, ‘Aurora’ is the artist’s response to his experience of summer. The work is very large-scale original charcoal and pigment drawing ona 100% watercolour paper. It will be installed to run the entire length of the gallery.
Also being launched on the night: our new next-door-neighbour gallery, Pin Up! Pin Up is an independent project space for architecture and design, established by Fleur Watson and Martin Hook of creative studio Something Together.
