ICEHOUSE are dusting off Man of Colours to perform the whole album live for its 40th anniversary.
It’s ICEHOUSE’s first indoor headline tour in more than two decades, rolling through six arenas around the country across June and July 2027, with every date a seated affair.
Several songs from the record have never been performed on stage, so this run marks the first chance to hear the entire album played live.

Man of Colours landed on 21 September 1987 as ICEHOUSE’s fifth studio album, going straight to number one in Australia and New Zealand. It stayed at the summit of the Australian chart for 11 weeks, has since shifted upwards of one million copies, and picked up ARIA Awards for Album of the Year and Highest Selling Album.
The tracklist is packed with tunes that still get plenty of airtime, among them Crazy, Electric Blue, the title cut, My Obsession and Nothing Too Serious. Two of those singles also broke through in the US, with Electric Blue reaching number seven and Crazy climbing to number 14. The record was the first Australian album to send five singles into the Top 30 as well.
The night won’t be limited to the album, though. ICEHOUSE will fold in a swag of their biggest songs, including Great Southern Land, Hey Little Girl, No Promises, Don’t Believe Anymore, Love In Motion and We Can Get Together. Support acts are set to be revealed in the coming months.
Across a career of over 45 years, ICEHOUSE have sold more than nine million albums worldwide and collected 28 platinum records. Tickets go on general sale on 18 September at 11am local time, following fan club and PayPal presales that open on 16 September.
