Glass Animals are making their return to Australia, announcing two intimate and exclusive shows in Sydney and Melbourne next month. This will mark the British indie-pop outfit’s first Australian performances since they graced our shores for Falls Festival for 2017—2018.

Glass Animals were at the height of their game when drummer Joe Seaward was hit by a truck while cycling in Dublin last year. Having suffered serious injuries, Seaward underwent several surgeries on the road to recovery, which also involved learning to walk, talk and drum again.

The accident meant the band were out of action until Seaward recovered, causing them to cancel their scheduled tour dates to promote their most recent album How To Be A Human Being. Let’s hope this is just the beginning of what’s to come from Glass Animals.

Check out Glass Animals’ tour dates below:

Monday November 18 — Prince Bandroom, Melbourne VIC

Tuesday November 19 — Factory Theatre, Sydney NSW

Tickets for Glass Animals’ Aussie shows are on sale from 9am Wednesday October 30.
