The California native first gained recognition after his feature on Drake’s Chicago Freestyle, which propelled him into the spotlight. Since then, Giveon has taken the music industry by storm with his powerful vocals and heartfelt lyrics. His Platinum-certified single, Like I Want You, amassed an impressive 225 million cross-platform streams in the US alone, showcasing his ability to capture the intensity of life’s twists and turns.

Following the success of Like I Want You, Giveon released”Heartbreak Anniversary, a mesmerising ballad that reached number 16 on the Billboard Hot 100 and garnered over 668 million streams. The song’s immense popularity led to its 2X Platinum certification, further cementing Giveon’s status as a rising star.

Giveon’s debut EP, Take Time, showcased his evocative songwriting skills and earned him a nomination for Best R&B Album at the 2021 Grammys. His subsequent EP, When It’s All Said and Done, delved deeper into the complexities of love and reached number 5 on the Billboard 200 when combined with his previous release. Notably, Giveon collaborated with Justin Bieber on the chart-topping hit Peaches, which reached number one on the Hot 100. The success of the song led to Giveon winning the Best Pop Song award at the 2021 MTV VMA’s.
