From the Wharf Revue to Vika and Linda Bull, the Clocktower’s new program has it all

The Clocktower Centre has unveiled the first instalment of its much-anticipated lineup for Season 2024, featuring a diverse lineup of shows that promise to entertain audiences of all ages and tastes.

The Clocktower Centre’s theatre is a 505 seat capacity proscenium theatre with tiered seating in its stalls and circle, meaning you’ll get a great view no matter where you sit!

Among the highlights are:

  • A Century of Women in Song, a mesmerising live music show that pays tribute to the most influential female vocalists of the 20th century, performed by the incomparable Nina Ferro.
  • Wharf Revue, a satirical comedy show, this year taking on Pride in Prejudice TM.
  • The Umbilical Brothers – The Distraction, a new show performed simultaneously on stage and on the big screen.
  • David Hobson & Colin Lane – In Tails, a comedian and an opera singer’s worlds collide.
  • NEWK, traces the life of the great Australian tennis champion of the 1960s and 70s, John Newcombe, performed by the brilliant Damien Callinan.
  • Dear Diary, a heartfelt and hilarious musical comedy that explores the ups and downs of adolescence.
  • The World of Musicals in Concert, this show has it all; classic hits, fused with emotive ballads, big-screen anthems and iconic show tunes.
  • Andrew De Silva’s Dedication to Prince, a celebration of the music and legacy of the iconic late artist.
  • An Evening with Vika and Linda Bull, a dynamic duo known for their powerful vocals and soulful performances.

Plus, for the kids:

  • The Smeds and The Smoos, a fun and interactive adaptation of the award-winning book by Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler
  • The Listies – Make Some Noise, a high-energy comedy show that combines music, physical comedy, and audience participation.
