Known for his tropical electronica sound, PACES is taking his music in a bold new direction with his latest track, Silver Lining.
The man, the myth, the legend PACES has racked up over 40 million streams and has been on some of Australia’s most notorious festival stages, the likes of which include Splendour in the Grass, Split Milk, The Plot, Your Paradise, Southbound and Field Day.
Today, he’s releasing his highly-anticipated single Silver Lining, which marks the final release ahead of his forthcoming album, Three Summers.

PACES strips it back in Silver Lining. Marking his first love song, PACES has unveiled a more sincere and sentimental side to his artistry within his latest release.
Exuding an aura of authenticity and honesty, Silver Lining blends the emotions of a touching pop ballad while being fuelled by the raw energy of punk. The track opens gently with an acoustic verse that evokes feelings reminiscent of the emotional depth found in the work of Jimmy Eat World or Blink 182. However, as the song progresses, it takes an electrifying turn, building up to a powerful crescendo characterised by searing power chords and charging punk drums.
Unlike some of his previous works, PACES’ upcoming album Three Summers finds the artist taking a more personal approach to songwriting. Having produced beats for the likes of Tkay Maidza, he’s stepping behind the mic for the first time. Drawing from his own experiences, he crafts touching songs that touch on intimate moments and emotions.
