For one night only, Flynn Gurry performs in Melbourne with special guest Ruby McKenna and Lucy Joy. Gurry and guests take the stage at the historic Kew Court House ahead of their Port Fairy Folk Festival appearance.
Flynn Gurry is a rising star with an acoustic guitar led, harmonica wielding mix of indie and folk-pop. Gurry backs up his 2024 Australian tour supporting the Pierce Brothers with a Kew Court House gig prior to his appearance at Port Fairy Folk Festival.
In 2024 Gurry released his latest single which won Triple J’s Unearthed Artist of the Week, before going on to smash Triple J’s One Night Stand Festival.
The Western Victorian has already shared the stage with influential artists including the likes of Ash Grunwald, Kim Churchill, Shane Howard (Goanna) and Daniel Champagne. With new music coming out before the year’s end, there is a lot of buzz around this new found troubadour.
Seating is allocated theatre-style. The Arts Bar will be open from 7pm.
