Laundry Bar celebrates its re-launch with a massive Fitzroy party next month. Get ready for something new, Melbourne.

The Fitzroy venue has organised a full takeover event. Eight bands will perform across both levels, and local DJs will keep the celebration going into the night.

Laundry Bar sits in the heart of Fitzroy. The venue remains a staple of Melbourne’s music scene, and we’re sure this new era will see that sentiment continue.

The lineup features some of the country’s hottest rock acts. Post punk and alternative bands will perform alternating sets. Both levels of the Fitzroy venue will host performances throughout the night.

Kitschen Boy leads the eight-act lineup. Sex Mask and The Empty Threats join the fun. dogworld, Placement, Terra Rogue, Underlay and Mr Industry complete the epic roster.

DJs will maintain the energy between band performances, it’s not a party you want to miss, Fitzroy.

The venue recently announced its shift towards live music. Management confirmed this represents just the beginning of their multi-genre approach. Friday nights now regularly feature live bands across both floors.
