Sessions run at 11am and 1pm on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, giving visitors the freedom to savour each bite at their own pace. The $85 ticket unlocks 10 exclusive dishes created just for the event. The line-up spans continents and techniques, from Agathé Pâtisserie’s Korean kimchi, bacon and corn cheese melt mini croissant to Cobb Lane Bakery’s wild black garlic curd pastry with miso brown butter financier and salted egg yolk. Bambu Asian Eating House is bringing kimchi pancakes with caramelised black chilli soy vinaigrette, while Fritz Gelato offers a creamy mango lassi frozen yoghurt to cool things down.

Greek’n Out serves grilled loukaniko Greek salad with tzatziki, cherry tomato and dill, and K-SEIN Fromagerie showcases Gippsland raw milk cheese with mountain bush pepper. Pizzateca Lupa delivers piccolo salumi misti with San Daniele, salami and bresaola, while Simply Spanish pairs white anchovy on sourdough with caramelised onion and bitter dark chocolate. SMITHBURG keeps it casual with fried pickle spears and ranch, and UGO Burrata Bar rounds out the tour with burrata bao featuring fennel kraut and hoisin.

Beyond the ticketed experience, visitors can score free tastings of locally brewed kombucha from Good Brew Kombucha at Moses and Co. Market Wholefoods, plus Australian black garlic from Garlicious Grown at Georgie’s Harvest.
