NYC underground heroes Fcukers are hitting 170 Russell for their only Australian headline show this summer.
Fresh off supporting Tame Impala across the US, Fcukers will squeeze in a Melbourne date between festival appearances at Lost Paradise, Beyond The Valley and Wildlands. The band’s 5 January show at 170 Russell will feature support from sleepazoid and Ed Kent, delivering what promises to be a night of non-stop dance-pop mayhem.
The timing couldn’t be better for Fcukers, who are riding high on new music produced by Kenneth Blume (formerly known as Kenny Beats).

Their recent single I Like It Like That scored BBC Radio 1’s Hottest Record title, while Play Me landed immediate rotation on triple j. After wrapping their Australian run, the duo will embark on their biggest ever headline tour through the UK, Europe and the USA, including three sold-out nights at London’s Colour Factory and an upgraded Paris show at Trabendo.
The Melbourne show represents a rare chance to catch Fcukers in an intimate club setting before they hit massive venues like LA’s Don Quixote and Brooklyn Steel. Presale kicks off 29 October at 9am, with general tickets following on 30 October at 9am local time.
The band has become synonymous with NYC’s underground renaissance, building a reputation for shows that blur the line between gig and full-blown party. Their Australian festival slots are already generating buzz, with Lost Paradise and Beyond The Valley dates sold out well in advance.
