From August 25 to September 1 The City of Port Phillip’s free winter celebration of music is back in action and a great opportunity for local upcoming artists. The Festival provides new talent with a platform to gain exposure in front of a larger audience which makes it an incredibly useful tool in suppoting local musicians.

City of Port Phillip Mayor, Cr Bernadene Voss encourages all to apply as the program aims to assist local musicians across all genres.

Applicants will also be eligible to play the Live N Local stage at the 2019 St Kilda Festival, Australia’s largest free music festival showcasing the likes of The Smith Street Band and Emilee South in previous years.

To apply, at least one member of the band must live, work or study in the City of Port Phillip. Applications close 5pm Monday April 30 2018.
