Electric Fields take out the prestigious Corner Award for 2019

Electric Fields

Congrats to the dynamic duo.

Electro-soul outfit Electric Fields have gone home with this year’s Corner Award for their impressive rise in the Aussie and international music scenes.

In case you’re not too familiar with the crew, Electric Fields is the brainchild of singer Zaachariaha Fielding and producer Michael Ross. Their music has seen them perform at WOMADelaide, Vivid LIVE and Bigsound. Taking home the Corner Award lands Electric Fields a show at the Corner Hotel, pre-production time at Bakehouse Studios, a two-week poster run, $5000 cold hard cash and more sweet prizes.

Electric Fields were up against a fierce shortlist comprising A. Swayze & The Ghosts, Kwame, Zeitgeist Freedom Energy Exchange and Moaning Lisa. They will now follow in the footsteps of Corner Awards alumni Sampa the Great, Cable Ties and Baker Boy.
